Hand-carved from a single piece of sese wood, this African mask depicts a serene face with heavily lidded eyes. Ghanaian artisan Abdul Aziz Mohamadu creates this mask; the forehead is decorated with brass diamond patterns, while colorful beads of recycled glass accentuate the cheeks. This mask is named i Onyeisi, /i which means "winner" in the Igbo language of Nigeria.
